As requested… hill training!
We’re going to do some hill repeats – so, it will be short and sweet, but challenging.

Afterwards is an optional nutritional/environment lecture on UH campus – so, we will try and finish by 6:45, so you can towel off and eat/drink something before the talk which begins at 7.

Wednesday 9/18) There is a free movie screening: A Prayer for CompassionDr. Sailesh Rao, the founder and executive director of Climate Healers, is presenting the latest cut of “A Prayer for Compassion” and will be giving a Q and A session afterwards.
