Training Schedule Dec 12 to 18


Tuesday Dec. 13: Wear your Finishers Shirt and show off your medals from Honolulu or any race you have done this year! Be prepared to be the best models out there in Ala Moana.
Everyone is welcome to join in the fun.
Meet us near lifeguard tower 1E and the Magic Island parking lot.
It will be an easy 20-30 minute shakeout run or walk.
Then we’ll stretch, and head across the street to Ala Moana shopping center Food Court for carbs! Carbs!
There is a wide variety of fast serve restaurants to choose from.

HRP Training Schedule
(12/12) Monday Morning Training Run Cancelled this week only.

(12/13) Medal Tuesday 6 pm at Ala Moana Beach Park near lifeguard tower 1E. Short run or walk, followed by stretching and then Carbo re-loading at the Ala Moana Food Court afterwards.

(12/15) Thursday QK Run Club 6 pm at the Queen Kapiolani Hotel. Meet us in the main lobby for a steady paced tempo run around the Park or Diamond Head. Drills are at the Queen statue. Choose from 2 to 4.5 miles. Park at the Kapiolani Park/Waikiki Shell and jog/walk over for a warm up.

(12/16) Friday Night Fireworks Run Cancelled this week only. Join us at the Hawaii Kai Ultra Run in Kalama Valley on Saturday.

(12/17) Saturday Kapiolani Park 5K Run Cancelled this week only. Join us at the Hawaii Kai Ultra Run instead.

(12/18) Great Aloha Run In-Training 6:30 am at the Kapiolani Park bandstand. Prepare for the Great Aloha Run in February. Free! Different pace groups available. Refreshments afterward.
