December Training

Aloha!
Please join us for the remainder of 2019….

One hour of running, or high intensity training should be your goal every day! Or, 90 minutes of walking, or moderate movement.
1/24th of your day is not too much to ask for lifelong health.
If you’re not there yet… don’t despair. Make it one of your New Year Resolutions!
It’s never too late to making positive changes that will greatly impact your energy levels, immunity system, decreasing your stress, better appearance, and boosting self confidence. Yes, these are all “side effects” from exercise.
Start with 20 minutes, 30, or even 40 minutes and work your way up to 60 or 90….
How much should you exercise? https://nutritionfacts.org/vi…/how-much-should-you-exercise/
